Industriesbazar Septic wants each homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service.
First, raise the problem directly with the provider. Keep a written record. This is usually the right first step for trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing.
Next, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Industriesbazar Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@industriesbazar.lat and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
